Rural King

Went to make a huge purchase yesterday because they had the part that I needed for the tractor in stock. I go in to purchase it and to see if someone could load it. This lady told me that she couldn't load it because she's the only one in the store. What?! There's someone else at the register might I add she just didn't want to get wet because it was drizzling outside. 🤬🤬 no worries, because my green money will spend somewhere else and I traveled from Athens just to come to this store.... NEVER AGAIN. DO BETTER RURAL KING....OR NOT LOST A COSTUMER ✌️

Good prices on Oil, great selection of pet products. Seasonal I always find something I buy. Love the popcorn!! Always get my bag to walk around with and then buy a big bag to take home. Wide variety of merchandise.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Rural King that reflects poorly on both store management and overall customer service standards. Earlier in the day, I purchased a piece of furniture from the store. The signage around the item was unclear as to whether it was part of a sale, but the cashier applied a 20% discount at checkout without any issue. At that point, everything seemed fine. However, once I got home and began assembling the furniture, I discovered that one of the pieces was broken. Since I already had the item partially assembled, I called the store to ask what I thought was a reasonable question: could they simply swap out the damaged part from another box rather than requiring me to disassemble everything and haul the entire unit back? The answer was no—they insisted I bring the whole item back. While inconvenient, I understood and complied. Unfortunately, that’s when the situation escalated from inconvenient to unacceptable. When I returned to the store for an exchange, I was told I would need to pay the 20% price difference because the item was no longer on sale. I explained that the discount had already been applied earlier that same day due

I like this store; the selection is great and the prices are fair. They always have what I need. The problem is if you go there on a Saturday or Sunday, when most of us working people go, there’s never enough folks working there. Only two registers open, with the service desk occasionally calling for the next customer in line. And we all know how that works. The last person in line runs up there while there’s the guy who’s been waiting in line for eternity in an internal fit of rage while watching the new and untrained cashier fruitlessly search for the price per pound on bulk split peanuts. The other two employees are busy. There’s no one she can ask for help. The lines stretch through the two entrance aisles, and the customers that just walked in are enjoying their popcorn while they watch all this go down and dreading when it’s their turn. The employees are doing the very best they can, and you can see it on their faces. Either management or headquarters is keeping the staff numbers too low. You are not going to be in and out in 5 minutes for a sack of feed, but you will be able to find that sack of feed at a good price and you will enjoy the popcorn. I will definitely shop her

This is a large-scale farm goods store. Mainly agricultural and animal husbandry supplies, for example, they have many kinds of feed, handicrafts, and daily tools. It is worth mentioning that there are many varieties of chicks for sale here.
